Warnings for the public
Useful warnings for the public are listed below:
- The admission ticket constitutes final admission for the performance, on the day and time indicated
- When the performance has started, access to the stalls is NOT permitted
- When issuing the ticket, the buyer is required to check the accuracy of the data on it
- The ticket must be kept with care and exhibited at any request of control personnel
- The control staff may ask upon entering the hall for the document proving the right to any reduction granted
- Management reserves the right to make shifts in seat assignment resulting from technical needs or force majeure
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the performance is cancelled
- The ticket constitutes title for reimbursement (net of presale fee) in case of cancellation of the performance. The box office will communicate when and how the refund will be made.
- If the performance is suspended after the first intermission, no refund will be given
- The ticket holder, as part of the audience present in the hall, consents to and authorizes any audio and video filming while simultaneously granting full release for any use
- It is absolutely PROHIBITED to PHOTOGRAPH and make AUDIO and VIDEO recordings of the performance
Accessibility
The theatre provides for people with mobility disabilities (on wheeled chairs), up to four stages (one wheeled chair per stage) for each performance.
Disability Card holders are entitled to free admission to the Theatre until available seats are filled.
The cards marked with the letter A extend free admission to the companion.
Holders of a Disability Certification with 67% disability issued by INPS are entitled to free entry; the companion is entitled to free entry only if specified on the aforementioned certification. Interested parties may reserve seats possibly within one week of the show date until seats are filled.
