The forms must be downloaded, viewed and filled out by the companies, maintenance firms and technical personnel who will operate within the Foundation-owned facilities and will be an integral part of the contracts if provided.
Stage staff
STAFFING OF STAGE PERSONNEL:

- 2 SUPERVISORS – CHIEF ELECTRICIAN AND CHIEF MACHINIST
- 1 PHONIC
- 1 ELECTRICIAN AND MAIN LIGHT CONSOLE OPERATOR
- 1 MACHINIST
In the period from September to June, the technical team is normally augmented by 2 or 3 technicians per sector depending on programming needs.
For all other categories of workers (propsmen, seamstresses, makeup artists, etc…), hiring is done on a per-performance basis according to the needs of the host company.

WORKING HOURS
It is spread over 6 days of 6.30 hours each.
Excess hours are worked as overtime.
The work schedule is normally carried out in two shifts with a break of 1h 30min for lunch and 1h for dinner.
Each individual work shift cannot exceed 6 hours.
In case of scene editing, the maximum finishing time is set for 10pm.
There is no weekly closing day.
FACCHINAGE SERVICE
The service is booked according to the Company’s requirements.
The requirements must be communicated on the data sheet and any changes must be made known no later than 48 hours before the start of the service.
In case of changes in the timetable or number of units engaged due to delays by the Company and not communicated in advance, the Company will be responsible for the surcharge on the rate charged for the service.
Handicapped access
The Theater is accessible by persons with mobility disabilities via an elevator located next to the box office at C.so Martiri della Libertà 3.
The Municipal Theater reserves a stage for persons with mobility disabilities (in wheelchairs).
Interested persons may reserve seats within one week of the performance date.
Inputs
The theater is about 2 km from the train station that can be traveled by public transportation (bus No. 1/2/9 and cab tel. 0532 900 900).
Parking spaces for cars in the vicinity of the Theater.
Possibility of temporary parking inside the courtyard and Rotunda.

- Entrance to offices and halls of the Ridotto: Corso Martiri della Libertà 3 (north/south axis)
- Main public entrance: Corso Martiri della Libertà 5
- The entrance to the Rehearsal Rooms is from inside the Foschini Rotunda at 22 Corso Giovecca; the rooms are served by an elevator.
- Access to the stage and dressing rooms is located at Corso Giovecca 38.
The access arch with courtyard measures allows direct access to the lifting platform that measures 6x3m, unloading-loading of heavy vehicles (TRANSIT AUTHORIZATION as an exception to the prohibitions on the movement of TRUCKS (annual)) takes place on the road only in the presence of a mover.(HGV positioning).
Use of fog-smoke in the scene
This procedure involves the deactivation of the fire alarm system; the request will be evaluated by the Technical Department together with the Fire Department, which will grant permission only after verification of the complete documentation.
