The show is dedicated to the unforgettable Maria Callas, the Voix du Siecle of the ‘900 that brought on stage the most famous protagonists of the opera. It stands out for its scenic presence, voice and charisma, and is celebrated in a representation that highlights the dark lights of a life marked by success and loneliness. The theme of abandonment and violence, in its most subtle and invisible, perhaps, returns to this creation that lays bare the private drama of a diva, hidden behind the luxury of her public life and the grandeur of the tormented heroines she played on stage. A choral choreography to stage the fragmented soul of “the Divine”which has fought for its own affirmation and for the role of women in society. A project that is linked to the tradition of melodrama and brings back the rebellious spirit of Callas in a contemporary way, in a rotation also underlined by the sets and costumes.
