In the period from September to June the technical team is normally increased by 2 or 3 technicians per sector depending on the programming needs.
For all other categories of workers (toolmakers, tailors, makeup artists, etc…) hiring for each individual representation according to the needs of the company hosted.

WORKING TIME
It is spread over 6 days of 6.30 hours each. Excess hours are carried out under overtime arrangements. The schedule normally takes place on two shifts with a break of 1h 30min for lunch and 1h for dinner.
Each individual work shift may not exceed 6 hours. In the case of scene editing the maximum time limit is fixed for 22.00 hours. There is no weekly closing day.
PORTERS
The service is booked according to the requests of the Company. The requirements shall be reported on the data sheet and any changes shall be made known at the latest 48 hours before the start of the service. In case of changes in the timetable or number of units committed due to delays of the Company and not communicated in advance, the increase in the rate provided for the service is borne by the Company itself.
DISABLED ACCESS
The Theatre is accessibile () dy people with disabilities by lift next to the ticket office in C.so Martiri della Libertà 3.
The Theatre reserves a central box for disabled people (wheelchair).
Seats need to be booked within a week from the date of the show.
Entrances
The Theatre (map) is about 2 km from the train station, accessible by public transport (bus no. 1/2/9 and taxi tel. 0532 900 900).

- Entrance to the offices, and halls of the Ridotto: Corso Martiri della Libertà 3
- Main public entrance: Corso Martiri della Libertà 5
- The entrance to the Rehearsal Rooms is inside the Foschini Rotunda in Corso Giovecca 22, the rooms are served by a lift.
- Access to the stage and dressing rooms is located in Corso Giovecca 38.
- The entrance arch and measurements () of the courtyard allows direct access to the lifting platform that measures 6x3m; the unloading-loading of heavy vehicles( Transit Authorisation (annuale)) takes place on the raod only in presence of a traffic controller . ( posizionamento mezzi pesanti).
Use of fog-smoke on stage
This procedure involves the deactivation of the fire alarm systems, the request will be evaluated by the Technical Department together with the Fire Department Command which will grant the authorization only after verification of the complete documentation.

- attach documents relating to the fireproofing of the scene
- indicate the type of smoke, characteristics and indications on the equipment used, and the timing of the same during the show
