A cult show, antidote to violence, intolerance and racisms old and new, which in a synthesis between story, live music and laughter presents a fresco of the Jewish people as we have never seen.

At the heart of Oylem Goylem are the language, music and Yiddish culture, that elusive mixture of German, Hebrew, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and Romanian, and there is the universal condition of the wandering Jew, his being without a homeland always and anyway. Next to an explosive Moni Ovadia, author and interpreter of Oylem Goylem, the musicians create a representation based on rhythm, self-irony, the continuous alternation of tones and linguistic registers, from singing to music; a great roundup of humor and chatter, thundering jokes and scholarly quotes, jokes and a music that makes the liturgical song meet with the gypsy sounds.
