Con Hands do not touch your precious Me, Wim Vandekeybus tesse un racconto mitico di confronto e trasformazione, di luce e ombra, morte e rinascita. In questo nuovo viaggio il coreografo, regista e filmmaker ha scelto di collaborare con la compositrice Charo Calvo, otto danzatori e, per la prima volta, con il performer e artista visivo Olivier de Sagazan. Lavorando insieme, gli artisti hanno creato un mondo dove il corpo, quasi scultura vivente, rimane in bilico tra utopia e turbamento, tra forza e fragilità.
With Hands do not touch your precious Me, Wim Vandekeybus creates a mythical tale of confrontation and transformation, light and darkness, death and rebirth. For this he collaborates with the composer Charo Calvo, eight dancers and – for the first time – with performer and visual artist Olivier de Sagazan. Together they create a world in which bodies balance like living, fleshly sculptures between the utopian and the gruesome, the powerful and the fragile.
