The Batsheva Dance Company debuts at the Ferrara Teatro Comunale with its piece ‘Last Work’, a creation by Ohad Naharin in 2015 and presented for the first time ever in Italy. The pièce is precise, delicate, calligraphic. In a crescendo without interruptions, he explores movement as the most humane and moving expression of the performing arts. The images generated by the 18 virtuous dancers are powerful and destined to remain forever etched in the audience’s memory.
